Single-Season Pitching Records

A minor league baseball team’s franchise records are rarely held by the team’s highly-touted draft picks or men who are enshrined in Cooperstown.  Career records are normally a by-product of longevity playing for a specific team.  Single-season records don’t typically belong to players on the fast track to the majors since they rarely play an entire calendar season at the same level. But those names that are littered throughout an organization’s record books deserve our respect and admiration.
