2014 Caribbean Series Kicks Off

Are you sick of the snow in your backyard? Can’t wait for the sound of a well struck ball off a wood bat? Or the pop of a pitch exploding into a catcher’s mitt? Games at Metro Bank Park are a little over two months away but you can still catch some action as the Caribbean Series kicked off yesterday on Margarita Island, Venezuela. All games are being broadcast on ESPN Deportes and feature many former Senators populating the various rosters. (Statistics are for Winter League seasons)
