A.J. Cole was selected as the Eastern League Pitcher of the Week after his stellar complete-game shutout of the New Britain Rock Cats in the doubleheader opener on Saturday night at Metro Bank Park. Cole allowed four hits while striking out eight batters and without issuing a walk. With the win, Cole improved his record to 4-2 and lowered his ERA to 2.25 which is good for the third best in the league. Cole became the first Senators player to claim a weekly award this season.
