Congratulations to Aaron Barrett (pictured), Paul Demny, Josh Johnson, Taylor Jordan, and Steven Souza who were named to the Western Division squad for the Eastern League All-Star Game to be held on July 10th at New Britain Stadium. The recognition marks the second time Barrett, Jordan, and Souza have been honored as all were Southern League All-Star Game selections during the past three seasons. UPDATE: Josh Johnson was also a Midwest League All-Star in 2006 (H/T Luke at NationalsProspects.com).

Each division’s roster consists of 24 players with a minimum of three players from each team. Fans selected at least one position player and one pitcher from each team through online and stadium balloting. In Harrisburg’s case, that honor was bestowed upon shortstop Johnson and reliever Barrett. The remaining selections were made through voting by league media, managers and officials.
